Biography
Chief Mark A. Mears serves the Law Enforcement Bureau and Emergency Services Bureau where he oversees the operations of the:

Experience
Chief Mears has been serving the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office since 1995. Prior to becoming the Emergency Services Bureau Chief he was the Captain in the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office Detention facility.
Chief Mears is currently the Chairman of the South Region All- Hazards Homeland Security Executive Board, Treasurer of Pueblo County E911 Board, and Chairman of Pueblo County Risk Management Committee. Chief Mears also serves on many other boards and committees throughout Pueblo County.
Training
Chief Mears completed Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command in 2013.
